Bensmann Pharma Services Holistic Production site optimization (GPSO) includes a simultaneous and balanced consideration of business management, product-specific, production technology, IT, cGMP and lean aspects in every phase of order processing.
For smooth, controlled processes, all aspects and individual steps of the value chain must be efficiently interlinked. We therefore include all associated factors in our analysis for holistic process optimization at the site, from the equipment to the communication culture.
